All orders destined for delivery
in England, Scotland or Wales
will be carried by TNT.

Please request a consignment number and website link on despatch if you wish to trace
your order online.

We can only honour agreed despatch dates from IMEX. We cannot guarantee delivery times provided by 3rd party courier services used. If your delivery date/time is critical, please enquire about our premium delivery service or if you prefer to arrange collection with your own haulier, this can also be accommodated.

We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or costs incurred due to late delivery by any third party where every effort has been made to despatch goods in accordance with the advertised service of the haulier. Hauliers' terms and insurance will apply and are limited to a maximum of £10.00 per kilo for loss or damage of goods.
